Was Sie mit der Bewerbung akzeptieren.
Die Bedingungen des Alptide-Influencer-Programms, Version 2026-10-13. Ein rechtlicher Text, auf Englisch, in jedem Alptide-Shop.
These terms govern the Alptide influencer programme (the “Programme”) between Culmina LLC, trading as Alptide (“Alptide”, “we”), and the person or company accepted into the Programme (“you”). Alptide’s products are research reagents sold for laboratory research use only; the Programme exists to introduce them to people who understand that.
1. Joining the programme
You apply with the form on this site and accept these terms. We review every application and accept, decline or ask for more at our discretion; an application creates no right to be accepted. You must be at least 21 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), publish under your own name or a name you control, and tell us where you publish. You join in person or through a company you represent; either way you are responsible for everything published under your handles.
2. Your link and your code
Once approved you receive a personal referral link and a referral code. Both are yours to share in your content, descriptions and messages; they may not be placed on coupon or deal sites, used in paid search on Alptide’s brand name, or given to anyone to use on your behalf. We may change a code that conflicts with a trademark or another code, and we may withdraw a link or a code that is misused.
3. Attribution
Your code. An order on which the customer enters your code at the checkout is attributed to you, whatever link they followed. Your link. Otherwise, the order is attributed to the influencer whose link the customer followed most recently within the attribution window, currently 30 days from the click, provided the customer has accepted marketing storage in their browser. A customer who declines it leaves no referral and no order can be attributed from their visit. One influencer is credited per order. Orders you place yourself, orders placed with your code by your household or company, and orders you arrange solely to generate commission are not attributable (section 8).
4. Commission
You earn commission at the rate shown in your dashboard (your “rate”) on the commissionable amount of every attributed order: the price of the products after every discount, excluding shipping, taxes and fees, in the currency of the order. Commission is calculated once the order is paid and is pending for a hold period of 14 days, then available if the order has not been cancelled or refunded. An order cancelled or refunded in full before payout takes its commission with it; a partial refund reduces the commission in proportion. If a reversal arrives after the commission was paid, the amount is deducted from your next payout or, failing that, repayable on request. Your rate may be changed for future orders with the notice in section 11; orders already attributed keep the rate they were earned at.
5. Payouts
Payouts are made through Talentir (talentir.com), which sends you a claim link by email; you provide your payment details and, where required, your identity and tax information to Talentir. You choose your payout cycle in your dashboard: every 14 or 30 days, counted from your previous payout (from your approval for the first one). A payout is made when your available balance in a currency reaches the minimum of EUR 100 / CHF 100; smaller balances roll over. Each payout covers one currency; euro and franc balances are never combined. A claim link not used before it expires returns the amount to your balance for the next cycle. Talentir’s own terms apply to the transfer; Alptide is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect details given to Talentir. You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on commission in your country.
6. The customer's discount
Customers who follow your link or enter your code receive the Programme’s discount, currently 5% on the products in their order, applied automatically at the checkout. The discount is Alptide’s and may be changed for future orders; you may state it as long as you state it accurately.
7. Content and conduct rules
- Describe the products as what they are: laboratory research reagents, not for human consumption. Never present them as supplements, medicines, treatments or something to take.
- No claims about health, effects, results, dosing, cycles, protocols or administration, and no content that shows or implies personal use.
- Disclose the partnership as the platform and the law where you publish require (for example #ad or the platform’s paid-partnership label).
- Do not address an audience under 21, and do not publish on platforms or in formats where that audience is the norm.
- Do not make statements on Alptide’s behalf, use its name or marks outside your content about the products, or imply an endorsement by Alptide of you or your other content.
- Follow the rules of every platform you publish on; a removal, strike or restriction caused by your content about Alptide must be reported to us.
8. Prohibited practices and fraud
The following end the Programme for you and forfeit unpaid commission: self-referral (orders by you, your household, your company or anyone acting on your instruction, or orders you fund or reimburse); incentives to customers beyond the Programme’s discount; cookie stuffing, forced clicks, redirects or any technique that attributes a visit the customer did not make through your content; paid search or advertising on Alptide’s name or marks; misleading, deceptive or unlawful content; spam. We may withhold commission while an order or a practice is under review and reverse commission found to breach this section, including after payout.
9. Data protection
We process your name, contact details, handles, application details, attribution and commission records and payout records to run the Programme, on the basis of this agreement and our legitimate interest in preventing fraud, for as long as the Programme and the law require. Talentir processes your payout details under its own privacy policy and a data processing agreement with us. We keep the Programme’s records (clicks, attributions, commissions, payouts and the audit log) for ten years, as accounting law requires. You never receive customers’ personal data: your dashboard shows order numbers, dates and amounts only. Our privacy policy applies to everything else.
10. Suspension and termination
Either of us may end this agreement at any time by notice to the other. We may suspend your link and code at once while we review a suspected breach. An account with no attributed order for twelve months is paused automatically; write to us to have it reactivated with the same code. On termination your link and code stop working; commission that is available and not under review is paid in your next regular payout if it reaches the minimum, pending commission once its hold period has passed, unless the termination was for breach, in which case unpaid commission is forfeited.
11. General
We may change these terms, the rates, the attribution window, the hold period, the minimum payout and the customer discount with 14 days’ notice by email; changes apply to orders placed after they take effect, and your continued use of your link after the notice period is acceptance. This agreement is the whole agreement between us about the Programme; it creates no employment, agency or partnership, and you may not assign it. Alptide’s liability under this agreement is limited to commission properly earned and unpaid. It is governed by the law and the courts stated in Alptide’s terms of service, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
Version 2026-10-13. Draft for approval; the programme document names the points still open with counsel. Contact: legal@alptide.de.
